The professional EXTRA FINE™ gouache by DANIEL SMITH uses the same artits’ quality pigments and gum arabic as Daniel Smith’s EXTRA FINE™ watercolours.

The colours are clean, opaque and saturated. They are loaded with pigment, with no whites or fillers added.

Have you never worked with gouache? Think of it as opaque, matt-drying watercolours. Whether your style is abstract, representational, illustrative or figurative, you’ll be amazed by the versatility of this medium — give it a try!

Apply your paint straight from the tube in one brush stroke for full-bodied colours. Or create a softer undertone with blurred colours by diluting your paint with water. And mixing colours yourself is easy, as there are no fewer than 17 mono-pigmented colours.
