Modern Options Effect Primers

Modern Options Effect Primers work in conjunction with blue or green patinas to create delightful antique colour effects. They are ideal for wood, metal, plaster and ceramics.

To use Modern Options Effect Primers: carefully clean the surface to be painted before applying Primo Primer & Varnish (item code 29064) or the Primo Special Primer for Metal (item code 29063) as an undercoat. Then apply a layer of the effect primer of your choice and let it dry for one hour. Then a second layer can be applied. As long as the second layer is still slightly damp, the green or blue patina can be added.

These Modern Options Effect Primers are available in 118ml and 472ml bottles in light and dark bronze, gold and copper.
