Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer, 500ml

This Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer is ideal for highly absorbent painting grounds such as raw linen. It protects the raw linen and gives more elasticity and better adhesion for the subsequent primer.

Other materials like wood and card can also be pretreated with Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer (preliminary tests necessary). Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer dries colourless and transparent, is lightfast and resistant to aging and forms an elastic film.

Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer is ready for use and should be applied thinly twice. Do not use below 8° C object temperature. Depending on the support, it can also be thinned with water (max. 10%). You can then prime it or paint over it directly with acrylic paint.

Schmincke Transparent Size / Pre-Primer contains pure acrylic dispersion. It is sold in 500ml bottles.
